Climb at all of Europe’s best crags during our longest trip of the year. Join us for one week or more to tour the most iconic climbing venues on the continent. Become a part of the Rockbusters crew, experience an authentic life on the road and real climbing spirit. We set off from the Czech Republic and continue through Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain, staying for one week in each location. The trip is suitable to climbers of all levels wanting to push their limits and maximise their time on the rock.
Climbing Eurotrip is Rockbusters favourite time of the year. How could it not be? We’re driving across the continent, stopping at all of the most iconic crags and any other you want to visit. You can focus on climbing as much as possible, while experiencing the freedom of the ultimate climbing road trip. We love it and our guests love it, so we do it year after year!
The nature of the Climbing Eurotrip allows you to dip in and out of it as you wish. You can join us for the whole duration (8 weeks) or join us for your favourite locations. The atmosphere of the Rockbusters Eurotrip is legendary. Everyone quickly becomes a part of the Rockbusters family. After weeks on the road, it’s always hard to say goodbye and you’re likely to come back for more next year!
We’ll introduce you to many of Europe’s best climbing locations, like the Frankenjura, Margalef or Ceuse.
You will experience sport climbing at its best, receive expert coaching and guidance, as well as have the most fun you ever have while rock climbing!
Join us for the whole duration of the trip or just choose the destinations or dates that work for you.ome along for as long or short as you want - we’ll even pick you up from the airport.
Our performance coaching is ongoing throughout the tour. Below are the examples of topics covered:
Choosing the most suitable climbing gear for your needs and how to use it safely
Belaying, lead belaying, setting up top-ropes and lead climbing in the way that’s most conducive to learning new rock climbing skills
Standard climbing calls and best communication practice to ensure safety wherever you go
Using guidebooks so that you can become a confident, independent climber
Understanding of objective outdoor risks so you can make it home safely every day
Cleaning the anchors and routes so you can retrieve all your gear safely
Movement skills (technique) for more efficient climbing
Footwork on slabs and vertical faces, using balance and correct feet placements to maximise your efficiency on the rock (for climbers leading f5 or harder)
Steep climbing techniques (overhangs), resting and saving energy (for climbers leading f6c or harder)
The trip is suitable for climbers of all levels as our experienced team of instructors and guides will plan the itinerary to suit the needs of the whole group. Everybody gets to climb as much as they can, receiving as much coaching as they need.
Our main focus is having long, epic climbing days (without having an epic!). You can tackle many routes each day and spend plenty of time on the rock.

Day 1 - Pick up from the airport at a time most suitable to the group as a whole. Welcome dinner and relaxed discussion about the week ahead, your abilities and ambitions for the trip.
Day 2 - Climbing! Warming up, getting used to the rock, discovering your current limits as well as assessing strengths and weaknesses.
Day 3 - More climbing. Gaining confidence and starting to work on your technique. Filming the climbs for movement video analysis in the evening.
Day 4 - Getting on fire and going a muerte! Searching for some challenging on-sights and projects. Coaching on mental preparation before your big red-point attempts.
Day 5 - More gear and technical coaching for beginners. If necessary, continuing the search for a challenging red-point project for intermediate and advanced climbers.
Day 6 - Discussion and practice of red-pointing, flashing, and on-sight strategies.
Day 7 - Consolidating our work. Finishing off your red-point projects and putting all new climbing skills into practice. A farewell dinner and a party for those with some energy left!
Day 8 - Everyone gets back to the bus station or airport, safe and sound. We say goodbye - until the next time!
Note: Everyone needs a rest day but we don't plan these ahead. Instead, we invite you to listen to your body and take a break when you need it.
From physically fit non-climbers and beginners through to experts leading at f8, our team will plan the days so that everyone climbs as much they can and gets all the coaching they need.

Transportation between crags
Shared hostel accommodation with hot showers, free wifi and a chilled after-climbing atmosphere
All climbing gear (apart from climbing shoes) including quick draws, ropes, harnesses and helmets (feel free to bring your own if you like)
Evening group meals are provided on request at a cost of 15€ each. This will normally be two courses, including a glass of wine.
Flights (or other travel to and from the locations), climbing insurance and additional food are not included. In case of booking 2 or more consecutive weeks, transport in-between the location is included.
You will also need to BRING YOUR OWN CLIMBING SHOES
Climbing shoes, harness, helmet, belay device, 60cm sling with screw gate carabiner, sleeping bag, foam pad, good approach shoes, back pack, warm light jacket, headlamp.
